Destiny - Beta testing

Last week I got an early access code for the destiny beta from a friend who pre-ordered the game. I've never really liked fps rpgs on the console but I actually had a really good time playing this game. The last game I played that was similar to this was Borderlands 2 and I absolutely hated it... I like how much you can customize in this game and there's only more to come. The story is so vague so far... I kinda hope the explain ALOT more in the actual game. Better yet... Peter Dinklage.

What are your thoughts/comments on the beta so far? I think it's now an open beta as of a few days ago if anyone has not played yet. Also, hit me up on XB1 if you have it: Tchalz

Im not in, nor do i own an xbox, but I heard it's the greatest game ever.

I think Anonymous, a recent applicant has the game as well - you two should play together some time.

I saw some MLG live streams of the game and it looked like a mix of Call of Duty and Halo. Looks pretty awesome tbh and I would love to play but I don't have XB1 sadly. I wish, hopefully some day soon but you're a lucky bastard!

It was a lot like Halo when I got to the online part of the game. All of the weapons that you get via single player are all available for use in the online multiplayer maps which I found was pretty cool. I'll have to hit up anonymous on it!

I did play the Beta since day 1 on my X1 and I was very surprised of the quality game they are trying to make for us. I first tought it would be just as all other first person shooters but theres a lot to do even when you are level max. And EVEN after you're maxed out on weapons/armors/skills/levels, you can still go play multiplayer wich is an awesome idea and makes the game less boring.

One of the best upcoming games so far in my opinion. I love MMORPGs, so I guess this game is for me. I'm still attached to it and can't wait until the release.

I play Battlefield 4 more often than all the other games I have so yeah (Ryse, Dead Rising 3, CoD: Ghosts, Titanfall, and some free indie games for Gold membership)

But then when Destiny comes out I dont think Im gonna play any other games hahaha

I heard today from a friend (I have not confirmed it yet with another source) that they are going to allow you to transfer one of your characters to the full version!
